Simple Investigatory Project (FORCE in Motion)
For summative assessment, students are required to submit investigatory projects. These projects reflect concepts of force being studied in class in which students must come up with their own ideas related to athletics and conduct the simple experiments themselves. Projects can be done in pairs or groups.
Through athletics events such as throwing, jumping and running, students are expected to understand that when a force is applied to an object, the object either speeds up, slows down, or goes in different direction and describe the relationship between the strength of a force and its effect on an object.
